Our admissions counselors will help answer any questions and walk you through our admissions process.
Typically done over the phone, we will gather some general information regarding who is seeking treatment and provide a brief overview of our program and the services we provide. We can answer any questions regarding program rules and restrictions during this call and go over insurance or payment requirements.
After general information is gathered, we move forward by doing a pre-assessment. During this screening, we will need to speak directly to the person seeking treatment services. We will ask questions regarding medical, mental health, and substance abuse history. This assessment should not take longer than 15-20 minutes, but can vary person-to-person.
Our medical and clinical team will review your assessment to determine whether we are an appropriate program for your needs and what level of care you may need. Your assessments are always reviewed in a timely manner and our team can provide an answer within an hour of completing the assessment.
Once cleared by the medical and clinical team, we can move forward and schedule a day and time for admission! We will provide you a list of approved belongings to bring and what to expect during your intake.
If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, we will assist in providing you appropriate referrals for timely care.
