Who We Can Help
We treat adults navigating substance use disorder, often alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Because care is physician-led, we can safely support cases that some smaller programs decline, including higher-milligram methadone tapers and detox during pregnancy, when it is clinically appropriate.

Our Clinical Approach
Recovery tends to work best when care is individualized, evidence-based, and humane. Every client at Broadview receives a personalized plan that combines medical stabilization with proven therapies: four individual sessions a week, group work grounded in CBT and DBT, and a 12-step framework woven through daily life. We stabilize first, then build the skills people need to stay well after they leave.

When my partner was at his lowest point, struggling deeply with alcohol addiction, Broadview didn’t just offer treatment. They offered hope, compassion, and a path forward. At the time, I was completely lost. I had exhausted every option, and I felt like there was nowhere else to turn. Broadview stepped in when I had no more resources, no more answers, and no idea what to do next. They were there not just for my partner, but for me too. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel like we weren’t alone. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly, deeply compassionate. They took the time to understand who my partner is beyond his addiction. He is currently at Broadview, and I can honestly say I’m seeing a side of him I haven’t seen in a very long time. There’s a clarity, a calmness, and a hope in him that I thought might never come back. Watching him reconnect with himself and with life again has been nothing short of amazing. The staff has been consistently kind, informative, and available. Thanks to Broadview Recovery, my partner is on the path to healing and for the first time in a long time, our future feels bright. Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can I start?
Most clients can begin detox or residential care within about 24 to 48 hours of a brief clinical assessment. Timing depends on your medical needs and current bed availability.
What is the difference between detox and residential treatment?
Detox is short-term, medically supervised stabilization during withdrawal. Residential treatment follows detox and focuses on daily therapy, skill-building, and preparing for the next step. Many people move through both.
Do you take my insurance?
We work with most major commercial PPO plans. Coverage varies by plan, so we verify your specific benefits before admission. Verification takes minutes and is obligation-free.
How much does treatment cost if I am not covered?
Out-of-pocket cost depends on the level of care and length of stay. Our admissions team can walk you through an estimate and any available payment options before you commit.
Is medical detox safe?
With 24/7 physician oversight, medically supervised detox is generally far safer than withdrawing alone, and care is calibrated to your specific medical history. Certain withdrawals, such as alcohol and benzodiazepines, can be dangerous without medical support.
Can my family be involved?
Yes. With your consent, family is part of the care plan from admission, including regular updates and weekly family sessions.
Do you treat dual diagnosis?
Yes. Our medical and clinical teams work together to treat substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, within one program.
What happens after treatment?
Step-down care, which may include PHP, IOP, MAT maintenance, or sober living, is coordinated with trusted partners and scheduled before you leave, not after.
