Treatment Programs at Broadview

One physician-led program, multiple levels of care, and a discharge plan that’s already scheduled the day you arrive.

How treatment works at Broadview

Most clients start in medical detox, transition to residential, and then step down through outpatient referrals, MAT continuation, or sober living — depending on what the clinical team and the client think will support lasting recovery. Family education and involvement run alongside every level of care, beginning at admission.

Our levels of care

Medical Detox

24/7 physician-supervised withdrawal management for alcohol, opioids, fentanyl, benzos, methadone, and stimulants.

Residential Treatment

Structured 30-day inpatient program with four individual therapy sessions per week and integrated dual-diagnosis support.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and methadone bridge protocols — fully integrated with detox and residential.

Aftercare & Step-Down

PHP, IOP, sober-living, and outpatient appointments are arranged before discharge — not after.

Family Program

Education, weekly family sessions, and discharge planning that includes the people who love your person

How to choose

You don’t have to know which level is right. The first call is short and unscripted — we ask the questions a clinician would ask, and we tell you what we think makes sense based on your situation. The decision is always yours.
